Timothée Chalamet parodies Harry Styles in “Saturday Night Live” sketch

The American actor made his first appearance on the satirical show on Saturday night. He took the opportunity to mock the British singer.

Timothée Chalamet, the star of Call Me By Your Name, made his first appearance on the satirical show on Saturday night Saturday Night Live alongside Bruce Springsteen.

The 24-year-old actor, who will be seen next year in Dune, was at the center of many sketches including one, which went viral, where he parodies the British singer Harry Styles.

Timothée Chalamet appears there with his hands covered in rings, and wearing loose clothing, like the former member of One Direction. Guest of a talk show, he discusses the erotic double meaning of his tube Watermelon Sugar.

The jokes hit home and the audience hilariously applauded the performance of the Oscar-nominated comedian, who until now had never acted in a comedy. That should change quickly: he will be starring in Wes Anderson’s new films next year (The French Dispatch) and Adam McKay (Don’t Look Up).

Timothée Chalamet has often been parodied in Saturday Night Live, notably by Peter Davidson and Chloé Fineman.
