Time Out Market Budapest is scheduled to open its doors in 2025 and will host the city’s best culinary and cultural talents.
The one in Budapest Time Out Marketnek to be precise, the recently renovated former Corvin Store, under its new name Corvin Palace will be hosted on the recently renovated Blaha Lujza square, on the first floor of which a gastro market, which is already present in many big cities around the world, will be created.

Total on the first floor of the store 2,500 square meters of interior space will await the visitors, which further 775 square meters with a roof terrace is added. All this 14 kitchens and 4 bars will be served, where guests can enjoy food from award-winning chefs, popular local excellence and restaurant owners with a great future, and they will be able to choose from a variety of drinks, including cocktails from the most imaginative mixologists.
To compile Time Out Market’s gastronomic offer, the Time Out team gathers a list of places that make the city a vibrant culinary scene and selects them most exciting and ambitious leading local representatives. Part of this process is to seek out and test the best of the city’s current best, and then invite the very best of them to join the market. But it’s not just “big names”. The city its up-and-coming chefs and popular hidden gems will also be proudly presented.

The first Time Out Market opened in 2014 in Lisbon, as the world’s first carefully curated gastronomic and cultural market. Later, more Time Out Markets opened around the world, shining a spotlight on the gastronomic and cultural scene and diverse talents of the cities hosting them. Even though this concept is now popular in many cities, the execution of each Market is specifically local.
