It’s World MS Day. The number of people diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis, or MS, is increasing every day. A nerve-racking disease that affects people in the prime of their lives: often diagnosed between the ages of 20 and 40.
Rianne Wisgerhof-Van Dijk of the MS Fund explains what the most common symptoms of MS are and why it is so important to do more research into the disease.
Prof.dr. Jeroen Geurts, who spent years researching MS and made an important discovery.
Benno Freriks was diagnosed with MS. He talks about the impact on him and on his family.
Vera Temmerman is only 17 years old when she is confronted with the first symptoms of MS. She tells her story together with her mother Marysa van de Zande.
Ben Cramer and his daughter Shanna perform, under the guidance of Cor Bakker, with a song that they wrote especially for all people who have to do with MS.
