The West-Flemish entrepreneur Philip Vlieghe (58) has been convicted of domicile fraud, because he declared to the tax authorities that he lives in Monaco while his home would in reality just be in Knokke. The judge has forfeited 19.3 million euros. “This is a revenge action by a resentful ex-girlfriend,” said the businessman.
