Tim Akkerman is back, he says in a conversation with The Hague FM. The Hague singer announced in November that he would stop performing completely because “his source of positive optimism was empty”.
The 42-year-old Akkerman has been in a valley for a while due to all the canceled performances during the crown period. “He’s doing well again,” the singer said. “I’ve been down for a while, like many people, by the way. But I managed to let things go and things have only gotten better since then.”
Until December there are dozens of performances with his band on his website The Ivy League announced. “I have many beautiful things in front of me,” says de Hagenees. “I’m looking forward to the theater tour. And I hope winter is how winter should be: it plays everywhere.”
