Tilburger Suspected of Assaulting Supermarket Employee

A 49-year-old Tilburger is said to have severely assaulted a supermarket employee on Saturday evening. The employee would have approached the man at the self-scan checkouts. After the serious assault, the Tilburger fled. The police therefore distributed a photo of the suspect among officers.

When an officer responded to another report on Monday evening, he recognized the suspect of the assault. So the man could still be arrested. After questioning, the Tilburger was released, but he remains a suspect in the case.
