Of course, this feature is currently being tested on a small number of users. If you are one of the lucky ones who has received it, you will see that the TikTok app itself will invite you to try it in its latest update.

Once posted, they will only last 24 hours and we will be able to see them selecting the user’s profile photo. From time to time, these stories will also appear in our For You Page (For your page).
As in the other platforms, we will be able to see the number of people who have observed our “story” at all times. The biggest difference that we can find with the other apps is that we will not be able to see which profiles have seen it. We also know that stories can be commented on publiclysomething that does not happen on Snapchat and Instagram since the answers are private.
If you want to know how to publish your own stories, you will have to select the button that you will find below in the center of the app’s navigation bar. Afterwards, you will be able to record a quick video or take a photo that you can post as stories. The videos will have the same editing options as the TikTok videos, although for the photos it will differ a bit (except for certain obvious things). Even so, we can add filters, music and others also in the photos.
