Eustache Hounkanlin is no longer free to move. The tiktokeur was arrested on the night of Saturday May 20, 2023 following a complaint filed by a certain Elbobo, also a Tiktokeur.
The latter accuses Eustache Hounkanlin of serious insults against his person. Placed in police custody, Eustache Hounkanlin will be heard by the Central Office for the Repression of Cybercrime (OCRC) before being presented to the public prosecutor.

This is not the first time that the very zealous tiktokeur has found himself in police custody. As a reminder, on November 1, 2022, Eustache Hounkanlin was arrested by the Central Cybercrime Repression Office (OCRC) for defamation and serious insults against the influencer Julienne Abigbé known as Ciara.
After his presentation to the court for the repression of economic offenses and terrorism (Criet), Ciara withdrew his complaint against the tiktokeur. This explains his release on Wednesday November 9, 2022 by the Criet.
