According to the police of the US state of Utah, the incident between Taylor and Dakota led to injuries to both the influencer’s children and her boyfriend. The American entertainment website AND! Newswho has reviewed court documents, reports that Taylor is charged with aggravated assault, domestic violence in the presence of a child causing injury, child abuse and criminal mischief.
Taylor would have tried to hit her boyfriend after he tries to leave the house during an argument. She also allegedly kicked, strangled and hit him several times with a metal bar stool. This bar stool is said to have subsequently hit her 5-year-old daughter Indy Paul, who is lying on the couch at the time. Her 2-year-old son Ocean Paul is also in the house during the argument.
Dakota tells shortly after the arrest Daily Mail that Taylor “never intentionally hurt anyone” and that they “didn’t argue.”
“I don’t even want the truth to come out. She’s so broken right now. I’ve tried to help her. She’s a good mother, she’s going through a lot in her life right now,” he continues. “Taylor has had a rough time, it’s been a tough year for her. She’s wracked with guilt over her cheating scandal that cost her her marriage.”
Taylor is released on supervised provisional release shortly after the incident. She must appear in court again on March 21.
