Insider Intelligence expects the social video app to generate around $11 billion in revenue.
Popular social video app TikTok is expected to overtake rivals Twitter and Snapchat in revenue this year. According to Insider Intelligence, sales are likely to exceed $11 billion. More than half of the advertising turnover, i.e. around six billion dollars, is said to come from the United States.
A billion users
Twitter’s advertising revenue is said to be around $5.6 billion this year, while Snapchat’s is $4.9 billion. So together less than TikTok.
