The Tigers, the men’s national league team of TSV Mannheim Hockey, announce further additions for the new season. Emiliano Bosso, 26, the second Argentine national goalkeeper, is moving to the Black-White-Reds for the new season. (Pictured with the Panam Cup, which he won with the Argentine national team in early 2022, which also meant qualifying again for the 2023 World Cup) Dutch striker Koen Visser, 22, who has played through all Dutch youth national teams, is also coming to Mannheim for three seasons at the Hoofdklasse -Top-Club Kampong played and has just led Schaerweijde into the first Dutch league.
“Our team has strengthened itself in exactly those positions where we weren’t strong enough in the last two seasons. Offensive and penalty corners. When it came to goalkeeping, we had to react quickly after Alex Stadler left. That succeeded with the transfer of Emiliano Bosso. I think we now have a very competitive mix of youth players who grew up with us and reinforcements from outside.”
