Both lawsuits were about the ex-girlfriend, Erica Herman, wanting to be released from the nondisclosure agreement she signed at the beginning of the relationship with Woods, in 2017. It is possible to be released from such an agreement if it is an agreement that prevents a person to tell about sexual abuse or harassment.
There have been no details or specific, known allegations against Woods, but when asked directly if the lawsuit is about sexual harassment, her representative has said yes, without elaborating. The judge in the case of the first lawsuit dismissed the claims. Herman and her representatives had not been able to provide any evidence that it would be true, according to the judge.
When the last mood now retracted, Erica Herman, through her attorney, says she has never been the victim of sexual harassment or assault by Tiger Woods or anyone working on his behalf. And she has never, she claims in the statement, asserted that this has been the case.
Herman managed Tiger Woods’ restaurant before and for a time after they became a couple in 2015. The relationship ended last October, when Herman claims she was cheated out of her residence – Wood’s house in Palm Beach. She claims that it happened completely unexpectedly and that she had been promised to live there until 2026.
