Disturbing images were leaked of Tiger Woods.
The legend suddenly left the court in the Genesis Invitational.
– He started to feel dizzy, says manager Rob McNamara.
It was a dark return on the PGA Tour for Tiger Woods.
The 48-year-old – who has a hell of an injury behind him – made his annual debut in this week’s Genesis Invitational.
But there were no more than 24 holes played for Woods.
During the second round in California, he broke and left the course in a golf cart.

An ambulance was called
Then followed a couple of dramatic hours. An ambulance appeared outside the entrance to the golf club.
Media at the scene reported it was intended for Woods.
But he never took a seat in the ambulance – which eventually left the area. A moment later, Wood’s manager, Rob McNamara, told us that it was an illness of the star.
– He started to feel flu symptoms during the night. He woke up this morning feeling even worse. He had a slight fever, but it subsided during the warm-up before the race. But when he came out, he started feeling dizzy, McNamara said in a statement.
Had back problems
Woods must have been dehydrated during the round, according to doctors on site.
– He has received a drip and feels much better now, says McNamara, who also confirms that it is not a physical injury.
– It’s just illness, dehydration. The doctors say he has some kind of flu.
Woods has also had problems with his back during the week. After the first lap, he told us about the pain.
– My back cramped. It just locks, he said then.
Woods thus played six holes during the second round and was two over par when he withdrew.
Ludvig Åberg, now ranked eleventh in the world, is the only Swede in the competition. He opened strongly on Thursday but lost on Friday and is a good distance behind leader Patrick Cantlay.
