Tiffany launched a new series of new works, innovatively interpreting the classic design created by Jean Schlumberger for the brand, with The colorful masterpieces, including the new diamond-set works and the Rainbow Bird on a Rock “Bird on a Rock” brooch, show the enduring artistic creativity of this legendary master.
As one of the most representative jewelry works in the world, the “Bird on a Stone” brooch has always radiated an indelible charm since it came out more than 50 years ago. Today, Tiffany reinterprets this classic design, meticulously depicting the various forms of the bird, from the elegant shape of the perch to the soaring free figure, all vividly reproduce the unique rhythmic beauty and extraordinary imagination of Mr. Jean Schlumberger’s design style.

The new summer work presents two sets of “Bird on Stone” works with aquamarine and morganite as the main stones, each set includes brooches, necklaces, earrings, pendants and rings. The necklace and bracelet in the aquamarine works are set with a 32-carat emerald-cut aquamarine and an emerald-cut aquamarine of approximately 16 carats. The largest emerald-cut aquamarine in the summer works presented this time weighs 49 carats, and is inlaid on a newly designed “bird on stone” brooch under the exquisite craftsmanship of the craftsman, blooming an eye-catching smart light .

Morganite works use a series of rich designs to interpret the brilliant charm of Morganite, one of the “Tiffany Legendary Gemstones”. This is one of the gorgeous and rare gemstones that Tiffany has brought to the world in the past 185 years. One necklace features a striking 35-carat oval morganite, while the brooch and pendant feature a 56-carat oval morganite and a 39-carat morganite, respectively.

As a unique and interesting work in this series, the Rainbow Bird on a Rock “Bird on a Rock” brooch introduces rich colors and textures, and at the same time uses a variety of materials including enamel to endow the classic cockatoo shape with radiant beauty. From lustrous pearls, brilliant diamonds to colorful gems, a series of witty collocations all demonstrate Tiffany’s extraordinary artistic attainments. This summer new work is the first to launch two Rainbow Bird on a Rock brooches, one inlaid with amethyst weighing more than 44 carats, and the other inlaid with green copper lithium tourmaline weighing more than 44 carats.

In addition to new jewellery, Tiffany also launched three “Bird on a Stone” watches for the first time. Each 36mm watch is handcrafted in Switzerland by craftsmen in 18K white gold, and the dial and case are covered with brilliant diamonds, intertwined with the bird pattern made of platinum, 18K gold and diamonds. Two of the watches are inlaid with aquamarine and pink sapphire respectively, and another watch is gradually inlaid with sapphire, emerald and blue topaz. The use of innovative mechanisms allows gems and birds to rotate gracefully on the dial with the movement of the wearer, subtly echoing Jean Schlumberger’s keen grasp of dynamics. In addition, each watch is equipped with an elegant alligator leather strap.
