Dutch Tjis Verwest (53), better known by the artist name Tiësto, shares on Instagram that he will be a father for the second time.
It reports the US People magazine.
– I will have another baby with the love of my life, the artist writes during a video where he kisses the belly of his 28 year younger wife, Annika Backes (25).
Revealed the gender
Backes could share the gender of the child under a separate post on the same platform.
– Little boy on the way, writes the future mother of two.
The couple already have a daughter, Viola Margreet Verwest, together. They could welcome her to the world on November 7, 2020.
– Best feeling in the world, I love you so much Viola Verwest, Backes wrote when she announced that their first child had been born.
Tiësto is also said to have announced the good news on Instagram, according to People. However, he later deleted all his previous photos, and shared what he describes as a “new start”.
– Say hello to my daughter Viola Margreet Verwest. She gives me feelings I did not know I had in me. And her mother @annikaverwest is a real hero. How can you look so beautiful right after giving birth ?! The DJ must have written on Instagram.
Met in 2015
Tiësto and Backes met at a restaurant in New York City in February 2015, Backes has previously said together Vogue interview.
A few months after they met, they went to the Coachella festival together.
– When we did not get tired of each other for a second, and even flew together back to the New York City and still did not want to leave each other, that was when we both knew, Backes Vogue told.
Three years later, in 2018, the couple became engaged and the following year they married.
