best seat reservation
When booking the best seat, decide on the seat category and select the number of tickets you want. Within the selected category, seats are automatically assigned and you receive the best available seats. The numbered seats are usually next to each other.

Reservation of the room floor
When you book your seating arrangement, you select your seats personally and precisely in the graphic seating plan. Start booking your seating plan and decide on an area. There you can choose places with one click. Seat plan reservation is not available for some events.

free seats
it means that with your ticket you can freely choose your seat according to local conditions. This can be seated, standing or partial without the right to a seat.

Seating or standing depending on availability
In the price range thus designated, seats are predominantly offered (but not guaranteed). Under certain circumstances, standing room tickets are sent at the same price. Unfortunately, we cannot fulfill a specific request to stand or sit in this setting. Exchange of tickets after delivery is not possible.

Currently not available
it means that the ticket quotas available to us are currently sold out. We strive for new quotas and ask you to visit our website regularly.

No longer deliverable
it means that the event will take place in a timely manner and the delivery of tickets is no longer possible. Tickets may still be available at the box office.

Only 1 selectable ticket / single seat
means that only single (non-contiguous) seats can be booked in the corresponding category via the best seat reservation. Individual places are isolated remaining places. Although more is available, these places are not contiguous. There may still be contiguous seats available via seat plan booking.

Discounted tickets
It is often possible to book discounted tickets, eg. for children, students and the elderly. These are displayed in seat categories. Please have your proof of discount ready when you enter the event.
