best seat booking
When booking the best seat, you decide on a seat category and select the number of tickets you want. Within the selected category, places are allocated automatically, and you receive the best available places. Numbered seats are usually next to each other.

Saalplanbuchung
When booking the seating plan, you select your seats personally and precisely in the graphic seating plan. Start booking the seating plan and decide on an area. There you can choose the places with one click. Seating plan booking is not offered for some events.

free seats
means that with your ticket you can freely choose your seat according to local conditions. This can be seating, standing or partial seating without a claim to a seat.

Seating or standing depending on availability
In the price category designated in this way, seats are predominantly (but not guaranteed) offered. Under certain circumstances standing-room tickets are sent out for the same price. Unfortunately, we cannot fulfill a specific request for standing or seating in this context. Exchange of the tickets after delivery is not possible.

Currently unavailable
means that the ticket quotas available to us are currently exhausted. We strive to get new contingents and ask you to visit our website regularly.

No longer deliverable
means that the event will take place promptly and delivery of the tickets is no longer possible. Tickets may still be available at the box office.

Only 1 ticket selectable / single seat
means that only individual seats (not contiguous seats) can be booked in the corresponding category via the best seat booking. Individual seats are isolated remaining seats. Even if a larger number is available, these places are not contiguous. There may still be contiguous seats available via the seating plan booking.

Discounted tickets
Discounted tickets, eg for children, students and seniors, can often be booked. These are displayed to you in the seat categories. Please have your proof of discount ready at the entrance to the event. The organizer may also offer further discounts, in particular wheelchair spaces.
