How to book a Poste Italiane ticket, for an appointment at the counter, without leaving home: everything is done online.
In many, they have a current account opened with Italian post, which has also kept up with the times, putting various novelties on the market. Like for example the last one, PuntoLis, the new PostePay.
Not all of them, however, are experts in bookings and securing a ticket with Poste Italiane is simple, but not only. There are also several ways to book one, in the 3000 and more post offices, present on the national territory.
Ticket Poste Italiane: booking
In fact, for those interested, it is possible to use the online booking on duty at the counter. To use it, just go to the Poste Italiane website, the app or WhatsApp. This allows you to book an appointment at the counter directly from home, avoiding queues, especially in a period where a pandemic such as Covid has not yet completely disappeared.
If you are interested, you may also know the procedure to follow after the expiry of a PostePay. But let’s go back to remote bookings. How do we do it? Post Office Application: download it on your smartphone, inside we will decide which post office we are interested in, and clicking on book ticket you can queue right away or for hours to come. We can also do this via the Banco Posta App, where we will first click on appointments and tickets and then on book ticket. At this point, we will choose the destination and time that suits us.

Finally, the WhatsApp service. The number is 3715003715 for all municipalities, the chat with the virtual assistant opens and from there we can enter the chosen place. But there is also the opportunity through the official website of Poste. Going to the search bar and entering, city or post code; a map will appear, where we will choose our counter.
