On match days (October 26th & November 9th), the outdoor box offices of the Profertil Arena are open from 3:00 p.m.
Admission to the stadium is at 3:30 p.m.
Ticket reservations or telephone orders are NOT possible!
IMPORTANT: Please MAKE SURE you arrive on time on match day to avoid long waiting times at the entrances and especially at the entrances! There are sufficient catering options in the stadium from 1.5 hours before the start of the game!
Online ticket sales
Day tickets for the two home games can also be purchased and printed conveniently online from home (24 hours a day) from October 14th: –>ONLINE TICKET SHOP.
Guest tickets
Tickets for Linzer fans (guest sector) are available in the online ticket shop and at the guest box office on match day.
Tickets for Graz fans (guest sector) are only available from the visiting club (SK Sturm Graz).
There is a dedicated guest parking space for all away fans. Please follow the signs “P-Guests”
The entrances to the guest sector are open from 1.5 hours before the start of the game. We especially recommend that storm fans arrive on time!
General information
If you have any further questions about our tickets, please feel free to contact us in person or by phone at the office. Our office (centre entrance of the Profertil Arena) is open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and Thursday from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m.
Ticket return
By purchasing an admission ticket, all visitors submit to the stadium rules and the organizer’s instructions. The card is invalid without tearing it off. When you leave the stadium, the ticket loses its validity. It is not possible to return tickets. Online tickets must be presented in full printout. Any misuse will be punished. Visitors are prohibited from bringing objects of any kind that could be thrown or shot onto the field or into the spectator stands or which could otherwise disrupt or endanger the peace, order and security in the stadium. If it is discovered during the entrance check that prohibited items are being carried, these people will be denied entry to the stadium. In this case, tickets cannot be returned either. The instructions of security personnel and law enforcement officers must be followed at all times.
