The supplementary company contract has been signed for the employees of the Tiberino Clinical Institute, in recent days under the spotlight of national news as an example of good public-private management, to the satisfaction of the president of the Tesei Region, who defends tooth and nail “your” healthcare. The contract, in force for the next four years, provides among other things an incentive for all employees and recognition of a further bonus of 1,000 euros net, in the form of welfare, for those who reach the milestone of twenty-five years in the company.
The agreement reached in the Umbertide structure, the Institute’s leaders explain, was born from “a virtuous negotiation that began with the reorganization of the Institute, and was conducted in great collaboration between management and trade unions”. The company underlines the achievement “of an important agreement on horizontal economic career progressions, oriented towards a clear reduction in the time required to acquire higher management levels”. Furthermore, the company top management points out, “the dressing time required for all healthcare workers has also been regulated and uniform working hours have been identified for all staff. The desire is to continue the path taken of good internal relations which has proven in these years of fundamental relaunch to achieve the results recorded”.
In recent days, the ICT was also covered by “Dritto e rovescio”, a Rete 4 broadcast hosted by Paolo Del Debbio, underlining its notable results, causing Matteo Salvini, a guest in the studio, to compliment the ICT top management for the ‘excellent work. The new direction of the Institute is supported by the Region Donatella Tesei, who in a note underlined: “We respond with facts to those who accuse us of wanting to privatize healthcare. In Umbria we have made public what was previously private, taking the majority of the Tiberino Clinical Institute, which is now a national excellence in functional rehabilitation. The ICT went from a loss of 1.5 million to a profit of 2.3 million in favor of investments for patients there our idea of healthcare: public, efficient and at the service of everyone”.
