Météo France lifted the red heat wave vigilance this Friday morningbut temperatures remain high over a large eastern part of the country, where thunderstorms will break out.
So, Météo France has placed 43 departments, including the Loire, on orange heat wave and/storm vigilance. This Friday, the stormy risk will be significant from Auvergne Rhône Alpes to the Grand-Est, thunderstorms will be potentially violent with strong accumulations in a short time, hail and strong gusts of wind. The maximum temperatures will drop sharply, they will reach 27 to 31 degrees from the South-West to the Massif Central.
For Saturday and Sunday, Météo France still announces unstable and stormy weather on the Loire. Maximum temperatures will remain below 30 degrees.
