• Dillon Brooks scored 12 points in the third quarter to help the Rockets hold onto the lead heading into the final 12 minutes of regulation.
• In the final quarter, Houston was able to increase the advantage to +17, however, “Thunder” played back a large part of the deficit. However, it was not enough for the victory, and “Thunder” lost to “Rockets” with 101:110.
• Brooks became the Rockets’ top scorer with 23 points, while Alperen Shengun had 21 points, six steals and seven assists in 36 minutes.
• Reserve Aaron Gordon set a career high in field goals (6/7) and finished with 22 points. Fred Vanvleet had 11 points and nine assists.
• Shay Gilges-Alexander didn’t make any long shots, but still managed to score 33 points. He also had six assists and six interceptions. No other “Thunder” player could score at least 15 points.
