Thun – Kriens 1-0

Brack.ch Challenge League, 24. Runde, Season 20/21

06.03.2021

Relegated Thun finds himself out of the downward spiral in the 24th round of the Challenge League. Against Kriens, the Bernese Oberland win 1-0 and move back close to 2nd place.

After four defeats in the championship in a row, Gabriel Kyeremateng became the savior for Thun against Kriens. The 21-year-old German scored the only goal of the game a minute after coming on.

The turnaround in Thun comes at the right time. On Friday, the leading duo of the Challenge League lost with GC (0: 1 against Winterthur) and Schaffhausen (1: 3 against Stade Lausanne-Ouchy). Thanks to the three points, the Carlos Bernegger team moved up to one point on the Barrage-Platz occupied by Schaffhausen.
