Through the 2021 IDCamp Virtual Summit, Indosat Ooredoo is Ready to Create Digital Creative Industry Players

Not only graduation and launching, IDCamp Virtual Summit 2021 will also be filled with talk shows about the creative digital industry with cool speakers. Some cool figures such as 8Villages CEO Sanny Gaddafi, DANA Indonesia Chief Technology Officer Norman Sasono, Dicoding Indonesia CEO Narenda Wicaksono, and representatives from Indoesat Ooredoo namely Indosat Ooredoo Director & Chief Human Resources Officer Irsyad Sahroni and Indosat Ooredoo SVP-Head of Corporate Communications Steve Saerang take part in this talkshow session.

In this discussion, there is a common thread that says that a programmer needs to have a good mindset in him. Even the CEO of Dicoding Indonesia, Narenda Wicaksono, explained that the opportunity to become a digital developer in Indonesia is very large, not only for men but also for women.

“The access to being a developer and programmer is very big. The key is there are 3 things that need to be considered, namely motivation, patience, and high curiosity, “said Narenda.

The ability to solve problems correctly is also the main point in becoming a great programmer. This was conveyed by Steve Saerang and Irsyad Sahroni, respectively.

“Idea development starts with how we solve a problem. When we succeed in becoming a good problem solver, the development capability of the program that we run will be maximized,” explained Steve Saerang.

Irsyad Sahroni also added how important a visionary mindset and problem-solving skills are for a programmer. It takes a good understanding from the technical to the market.

“The most important thing is that you can create a solution even when other people don’t realize it is a problem,” added Irsyad Sahroni.
