JAKARTAKOMPAS.com – Community unit link insurance victim of the three insurance companies continue to seek an audience with the Financial Services Authority (OJK).
Insurance Victims Community Coordinator from Prudential, AXA Mandiri and THATMaria Trihartati said, on February 17 last, the State Secretariat (Sekneg) had sent an order to OJK for hearings with victims.

However, Maria said that until now there has been no hearing from the OJK.
“Until now, the OJK has not summoned us. The palace has asked to bring a letter from the Secretary of State to the Criminal Investigation Unit, so that the Criminal Investigation Unit presses the OJK for our hearing,” Maria told Kompas.com, Monday (28/3/2022).

He said that on Monday (28/3/2022), his party would go to the Criminal Investigation Department with a letter from the Secretary of State.
He hopes that Bareskrim can speed up OJK’s hearing of unit-linked insurance victims.

On the same day, his party also plans to return to the DPR to send a letter of request for support to all factions.
Previously, Maria admitted that there had been a meeting held on Friday last week with the Nasdem Faction. He hopes that legislators can give a positive response.
“We only asked them (members of the DPR) to summon insurance companies to meet with us as promised at the previous RDPU (General Hearing Meeting),” said the housewife from Lampung.
Meet President Joko Widodo
Previously, the community of victims of this unit-linked insurance had tried to seek justice by meeting President Joko Widodo at the Bogor Palace on Sunday (27/3/2022).
“No, we haven’t been able to meet (the president),” he told Kompas.com Monday (28/3/2022).
Even though he couldn’t meet the president, he admitted that he would continue to try to go to the state palace in Indonesia Jakarta.
Maria explained that the main demand requested was a full refund.
So far, he said, his party has received complaints from nearly 350 unit link victims from three insurance companies.
“Those who complain through us as a community of insurance victims come from all over Indonesia. Most of them are people who are actually not suitable to have unit-linked insurance,” he said.
