THRONE AND LIBERTY It will be updated to version 1.8.0 on November 21 at 07:30 CET (06:30 UTC) and the maintenance will take about 6.5 hours. Whether you’re looking for better loot or more difficult content, braver adventurers can take on 2-star dungeons. This update also includes new features like “Solisium Sprouts and Sages” as well as cross-server conquest battles.

2 star dungeons
A new level of challenge arrives, 2-star dungeons.

2-star dungeons are redesigned versions of dungeons that already exist. They have versions of the bosses that are harder to beat and even new bosses.

Rewards for 2-star dungeons include all 2- and 4-piece gear sets as well as new accessories.

Characters must have a combat strength of at least 2500 to take on 2-star dungeons.

Solisium Sprouts and Sages
The new “Solisium Sprouts and Sages” program allows veteran players to help new players learn and progress in THRONE AND LIBERTY.

Characters will be eligible to gain Sage status when:

Acquire 1-Star Dungeon Completion Rewards 3 times for each of the 6 dungeons

A new button and icon will appear at the top left of the character window, allowing eligible characters to activate or deactivate the “Sage” status.

A new button and icon will appear at the top left of the character window, allowing eligible characters to activate or deactivate the “Sprout” state.
-
Both “Sages” and “Sprouts” will receive a title and profile border to show their status to others.

New map markers will allow Sages to see the location of nearby Sprouts on the minimap. Sages cannot see icons of other Sages. These icons will not appear in conflict areas, if the user has disabled “Sprouts” icons in the map icon settings or if the user is blocked.

A new chat channel has been added so that “Sages” and “Sprouts” can communicate from anywhere in the game.

Sprouts can “like” a “Sage” to indicate that it has helped them. A “Sprout” can only “like” a “Sage”.
WEAPON SKILL BALANCE CHANGES

Weapon balance in combat has been adjusted and several skill bugs have been fixed; See details below.

Added new specializations to some weapon skills and changed the values applied to existing specializations.
SWORD AND SHIELD

Impenetrable Barrier: Added the new specialization: Recharge Time Reduction. Reduces the cooldown of Impenetrable Barrier by 15 seconds when applied. Costs 5 Specialization Points.
MANDOBLE

Bloody Devotion: Added the new specialization: Recharge Time Reduction. Reduces the cooldown of Blood Devotion by 15 seconds when applied. Costs 5 Specialization Points.

Devoted Shield: Now displays the skill range when applying the Devoted Shrine specialization.

Precision Dash: Updated to count as a Fury Attack when applying the trapping specialization.

Life Force: Added notification on the gauge for the maximum Health limit.

Vampiric Strike: Increased the base damage and healing of the skill. Increased damage for the Extra Hit specialization. The Vampirism value of the specialization: Augmentation Effects has been increased.

Frenzied Sword Dance: Added new specialization: Area Damage. Increases damage to all enemies within 3m of the landing point by 60% of Base Damage when applied. Costs 3 Specialization Points.

Blade Throw: Increased the applied debuff that reduces cooldown effects received.
CROSSBOW

Selfless Spread: Removed specialization: Remove Crowd Control.

Mana Exchange: Added specialization: Remove Crowd Control. Costs 7 Specialization Points.

Explosive Trap: Base duration increased. Improved the duration bonuses provided by the specialization: Duration Increase.

Multi Shot: Reduces the recharge time of Agile Jump by 15 seconds when used.
ARCO

Healing Touch: Now shares the cooldown with the Quick Heal wand skill. Now stacks with other players’ Healing Touch ability when used on friendly targets.

Purifying Touch: Increased the maximum number of stacks that can be removed when purifying the effects of Weaken Crowd Control.

Devout Shield: Effect changed. Now creates a 3-second shield when the target takes damage below 30% health. Recharge time of 60 seconds.
CANE
-
Blast of Flame Bombs: The Homing Flame Bombs specialization now has an 80% chance to reduce the effect of healing received by 80% for 6 seconds.

Scorching Wave: Adjusted the Frenzied Lightning Wave specialization to have 1 base activation and 1 additional activation for Wet and Frost.

Chain Lightning: Fixed the Storm Chain specialization to no longer trigger the crossbow’s Mother Nature’s Bowstring effect.

Ice Spear: Fixed an issue where the Frost effect was applied for a shorter duration than intended. Fixed an issue where the Specialization: Binding would always ignore Defense and Resistance when applied.

Ray of Judgment: The Consecutive Use specialization now has an additional 80% chance to debuff Shield Block Chance by 30% for 4 seconds.

Infernal Meteor: Damage increased. Increased the damage of the specialization: Rain of Hellfire and adjusted the meteor fall to be more focused. Increased the effect of the specialization debuff: Healing Reduction.

Frost Master: Performing a basic attack now infuses targets within 3 meters with the Frost effect for 3 seconds. Does not accumulate.
WAND
-
Clay’s Save: The Specialization: Weakening Removal now removes all stacks of an effect type, instead of one stack.

Hour of Punishment: The Burning Hour specialization now also adds a debuff to Shield Block Chance.

Karmic Haze: Fixed an issue where it ignored the spread chance in some cases. Adjusted to ignore Shield Block when spreading.

Disaster Beam: Now, if a target dies during the effect, it transfers to an additional target within 10 meters. The Specialization: Target Expansion now provides 10m of additional range, increased from 5m. The Specialization: Movement Speed Reduction now reduces by 30%, increased from 15%.

Rapid Healing: Now shares a cooldown with the Healing Touch Bow skill.
Conquest battles between servers

Guilds that control a Breakstone or Bonanza Stone can participate in a bi-weekly cross-server competition for additional rewards.

Breaking Stone: Join a boss fight in Cross-Server Conflict mode depending on your Breaking Stone boss and collect loot and shine generated by auction house taxes.

Bonanza Stone: Join a dynamic cross-server event in the zone corresponding to your Bonanza Stone. The winning guild will receive lights generated by the auction house’s taxes.
General

Random Matchmaking: Groups of 4 can now join random dungeon matchmaking. Before the limit was 2 characters.

Chat: A new chat channel has been added for alliances (friendly guilds) that uses the “/al” shortcut.

Chat: The colors of group chat and group recruitment notifications have been adjusted to make them easier to distinguish.

Chat: The chat UI can now be moved, as well as separated from the input field.

Various minor UI adjustments and spacing improvements.

Peace Mode Boss Portals: Adjusted the portal position for Junobote peace mode events to move it outside of the PvP-enabled area.

Blackhowling Plains: Fixed an issue that occasionally prevented the Bonanza Stone from Blackhowling Plains from being claimed.

Contracts: Fixed an issue where the fifth contract was not posted in the Content Notifications interface after being accepted.

Codex: A Fun Day: Fixed an issue that caused a collection page to be inaccessible.

Help Indicators: Fixed an issue that caused help indicators for objects opened from chat to be partially cut off.

Battle Pass Interface: Fixed an issue that caused the red notification dot to occasionally not disappear after using the “Receive All Points” button.
