The two men, both 18 years old, and the 17-year-old woman were arrested on Tuesday morning and taken into custody. A total of ten people in the file are suspected.
The two men are suspected of exchanging messages with the attacker Abdullakh Anzorov, a source close to the file said. The young woman is suspected of having contact with one of the men.
Samuel Paty, the 47-year-old teacher from Conflans-Sainte-Honorine near Paris, was beheaded by Anzorov, an 18-year-old refugee of Chechen-Russian descent, for showing caricatures of Mohammed during two lessons in early October on the freedom of expression.
Anzorov claimed responsibility for his act via an audio message in Russian, in which he said he “took revenge for the Prophet Mohammed” and accused the teacher of “showing him in an insulting manner.” He was shot dead by the police shortly after the attack.
