The police managed to catch three robbers who killed an online taxi driver named Anton Supriadi (38) at Km 37 of the Jagorawi Toll Road, East Java. Bogor, West Java, by three people. Two robbers who had fled, have now been caught.
“Yes,” said Bogor Police Chief AKBP Iman Imanuddin to detikcom, Monday (3/4/2023). Iman answered the question whether the other two perpetrators who initially fled had been caught or not.
Of the three perpetrators of the robbery, the police initially arrested one perpetrator named M Fajar Sidik (20). Police later arrested two other palku.
Contacted separately, Head of Criminal Investigation Unit of the Bogor Police, AKP Yohannes Redhoi Sigiro, said that the two perpetrators who fled were arrested in Cilincing, North Jakarta (North). The two perpetrators are still undergoing examination at the Headquarters of the Bogor Police.
“(Arrested in) Cilincing, North Jakarta,” said Giro.
The police previously arrested the suspect M Fajar Sidik (20) first. Meanwhile, the other two suspects fled.
“Yes, we are examining (Fajar) as a suspect,” said Head of Criminal Investigation Unit of the Bogor Police AKP Yohannes Redhoi Sigiro when contacted by detik.com.
The suspect was subject to Article 365 paragraph 4 of the Criminal Code for a joint robbery case. The suspect faces the death penalty.
“Article 365 paragraph 4 because the victim died, because they were together. The threat is life imprisonment or the death penalty,” he said.
