The young members of the Ephemeral Company for Employment (EEE) in Vénissieux had pledged to help each other find work. They kept their promise.

This programme, co-financed by the Regional Department for the Economy, Employment, Labor and Solidarity (Dreets) and the Renault Trucks revitalization fund, was held from March 22 to April 29 in Les Minguettes, where many of the participants come from.

31 job seekers pooled their skills. Their mock business, called “Futur TaL’”, has fulfilled its objectives. As is customary, 22 associates rang the bell once their contract was signed: three permanent contracts, six fixed-term contracts, one assisted contract and twelve alternations.

However, most started from afar. The robot portrait of the partner of “Futur TaL'” was not favored by the forecasts: young (between 18 and 25 years old), resident of a priority district, without significant training (80% of baccalaureate or infra-baccalaureate level ) and long-term unemployed (27%).

Ephemeral program, lasting results

Anès (22 years old), is fully invested. He got on the right track by landing an internship as an administrative officer with a logistics company in Corbas. “We brought this company to Vénissieux, says the young man. In the Ephemeral Company, I integrated human resources, then the Web service. It was a very good experience. At the start of the school year, I want to join a professional management baccalaureate in administration. »

The altruism of Marwane (24) within the communication pole ended up paying. This holder of a license Arts, Letters, Languages, found his happiness a week after the end of the program. He did not fail to share the good news via the group WhatsApp ex-partners.
