That ticket was sold at a convenience store in Middlesex County.
Specifically, the person purchased the ticket at Ernstron Road QuickChek in Sayreville, the New Jersey Lottery said Tuesday. The player matched five numbers.
Additional, two players matched four numbers plus the Powerball in Bergen County to obtain the sum of $50,000 each. Tickets were purchased at the Garden State Dairy on Oakland Street in Closter; and at Ridgefield Park Liquor & Deli, off Teaneck Road in Ridgefield Park.
In Texas, one person got $1 million with a ticket in which he matched five numbers. The Quick Pick ticket was sold at the Elam Food Mart at 12300 Elam Road in Balch Springs, outside of Dallas.
In New York, three winners were reported who matched four of the numbers and the Powerball.
One of the tickets is a Powerplay valued at $150,000. It was purchased at a Stop & Shop location on West Montauk Highway in Hampton Bays.
The other lucky ones won $50,000 each. One of the tickets was purchased at the Mobil Mart on Rockaway Avenue, Brooklyn; and the second at J & Hee Deli and Grocery on Port Washington Boulevard, Port Washington.
The winning numbers for Monday’s drawing were: 11, 13, 18, 30 and 37. The Powerball turned out to be 16 with a 3x Power Play.
The amount for tonight’s drawing of the Powerball amounted to an estimated $365 million with a cash option of $207.5 million.
