A fourth person, a woman, has been sent to the emergency room, the Southeast police district informs on Twitter. A man in his 20s has been arrested after the incident.
The fight took place at the shopping center Nordbyen around 5pm, the police say.
– There must have been a discussion that degenerated after a traffic accident at the shopping center. There were two cars that had collided, and both women and men were involved, says operations manager Ottar Steinstø in the Southeast police district to NTB.
No weapons were used during the confrontation, but ambulance personnel who arrived at the scene considered that two women, one in their 40s and one in their 30s, as well as a man in his 20s had to go to the hospital in Tønsberg for treatment. . The fourth, a woman in her 40s, was taken to the emergency room in Larvik.
All those involved are from Sandefjord.
– We have no information about the degree of damage, the police write in an update.
Police at the scene worked Sunday night to interrogate witnesses who saw the incident.
