A pickup truck crashed into a school bus on a west Texas highway, killing three people, no students.
The accident occurred when the truck turned the wrong way, hitting members of a high school gang on Interstate 20 in Big Spring, near Fort Worth, according to the Texas Department of Public Safety.
In addition to the deaths, two Andrews High School students were seriously injured.
The bus was heading to a soccer game with 25 students on board when it was hit by the oncoming truck, which burst into flames.
The three deaths were the driver of the truck, as well as Justin Baker, another of the adults; while another adult and two young people were taken to a hospital by helicopter, and the third adult died.
The game they were heading to was canceled.
