<a href="https://www.world-today-news.com/frankfurt-am-main-foreclosures/" title="Frankfurt am Main – Foreclosures”>Deka Immobilien has re-let a total of 2,800 square meters in the Frankfurt office tower “Tower 185”.
Three new tenants are moving into Tower 185 in Frankfurt-Gallus: Degussa Sonne/Mond Goldhandel GmbH, Aon Versicherungsmakler Deutschland GmbH and eToro Germany GmbH. In total, Deka Immobilien rents around 2,800 square meters to the three companies.
The office tower at Friedrich-Ebert- Anlagen 35-37 was completed at the beginning of 2012 and has been owned by Deka since 2018. The purchase price at that time was around 775 million euros, the seller was CA Immo.

The main tenant of the property is PwC – the company’s German headquarters occupies around 52,000 of the total 100,000 square meters of office space. The rental agreement was extended about two years ago (we reported). Other tenants include the law firm Mayer Brown, Zeller & Seyfert, the HKP Group and Hyundai Capital Bank Europe.
The leases were brokered by Blackolive, JLL and Cushman & Wakefield.
