The Insurance and Social Security Control Authority (ACAPS) held on Tuesday 1is October 2024, its 33th Council, under the chairmanship of Mr. Abrerrahim Chaffai.
This meeting was marked by the installation of three new members who were appointed by decree of the Head of Government.
Chosen for their expertise in areas related to the insurance and social security sector, the newly appointed members for a four-year term, renewable only once in accordance with the provisions of article 16 of law n°64-12 relating to creation of ACAPS are:
- Mrs. Saloua Karkri;
- Mr. Mohamed Agoumi;
- Monsieur Lahbib El Idrissi Lalami.
It should be noted that in addition to these three new independent members, the Council is composed of its President, Mr. Abderrahim Chaffai, the President of the Moroccan Capital Market Authority Ms. Nezha Hayat, the Director of Treasury and Finance External bodies reporting to the Ministry of Economy and Finance Ms. Fouzia Zaaboul, as well as Ms. Imane El Malki, Advisor to the Court of Cassation.
