The Indonesian Stock Exchange (BEI) has welcomed 3 new issuers. Today, PT Harta Djaya Karya Tbk (MEJA), PT Multikarya Asia Pasifik Raya Tbk (MKAP), and PT Homeco Victoria Makmur Tbk (LIVE), officially listed on the stock exchange as the 14th, 15th and 16th listed companies of 2024.
MEJA, is offering 480 million shares or 25.05% of the company’s total issued and paid-up capital, with an exercise price of IDR 103 per share. Then MKAP released 650 million shares at a price of Rp. 115 per share. Meanwhile, Live listed 808 million shares at a price of IDR 148 per share.
Two issuers, namely MKAP and LIVE, managed to turn green, while MEJA experienced a decline. Seen by detikcom Monday, (12/2/2024), MKAP touched Upper Auto Rejection (ARA) and rose 34%.
MKAP rose 40 points and shot to a price of 155 per share. Then, LIVE strengthened by 16 points or up 10.18%. LIVE is trading at 164 per share.
Meanwhile, MEJA actually fell 7 points or weakened 6.8%. MEJA’s share price is now at 96 per share.
MKAP, an issuer in the energy sector, will use the IPO proceeds for the company’s working capital. However, it is not limited to use for operational costs, payments to suppliers, repairs to heavy equipment owned such as engines, pumps and transmissions.
Meanwhile, the proceeds from MEJA’s IPO will be directed towards working capital, including purchasing assets and developing information systems. Then LIVE will use the proceeds from the IPO to pay off debts to BCA Bank, as well as for working capital.
