Three National Guard officers were injured during training in the Zhambyl region

“Firing exercises were carried out in accordance with the combat training plan at the Aisha-Bibi training ground with military personnel of the National Guard military unit. As a result of the security breach, three officers received minor leg injuries. The servicemen were hospitalized in a medical institution in the city of Taraz. Currently, the condition is satisfactory, vital organs are not affected,” the press service of the National Guard said on Saturday.

As noted, the incident occurred on September 25.

It is also specified that two commanders of the first and third companies and a senior lieutenant were injured. All of them had leg injuries, presumably from an exploding grenade. But the reasons for the injuries have not been officially reported. The National Guard assured that the reasons and circumstances are being clarified.
