Three junior high school students on an electric scooter were hit by a car as they ignored traffic lights and ran down the road without wearing safety gear.

According to driving recorder video released by information provider, A, three women alleged to be middle school students appeared from the right side of the road riding an electric scooter without wearing any protective safety gear. These middle school students ignored the pedestrian signals and crossed the crosswalk at high speed.
