Since the beginning of October 2024, the town of Annecy-le-Vieux has been the scene of a series of disappearances which raise questions. Three men with different profiles and no relationships between them vanished in this area of ​​Haute-Savoie. Despite intensive searches, the authorities have not found tangible elements allowing them to establish links between these cases, nor to find the missing people. A special investigation was opened, and several calls for witnesses were launched to try to shed light on this mystery.

Three distinct profiles, one common point: the Annecy region

The first disappeared is Albert M., 89 years old, who went for a walk on October 2 with his stick and his red wagon. Last seen near the Parc des Glaisins, his phone was limited to this area before no longer transmitting. A week later, on October 9, Florian C., a thirty-year-old trail runner, also vanished during an outing at Mont Veyrier. His car, found in a parking lot in the forest, is the only clue left behind. Finally, on October 23, Michel R., 52, disappeared while going to the dentist. He left on his bike and has not been found since.
