No grand festive award ceremony at Brussels Expo this year, but the fact that the laureates of the new Gault & Millau Guide were presented virtually does not diminish the recognition. The title of ‘Chef of the Year 2021’ went to Christophe Pauly of Le Coq aux Champs in Soheit-Tinlot, Wallonia, but several restaurants in our province also won awards.
