The accident occurred on the departmental 33 in Prigonrieux, in the Dordogne. The car came from Bergerac. On board, three young women, the 19-year-old driver and her two 17-year-old passengers. According to initial findings, the car hit an electric pole without another vehicle being involved.
Young women taken to hospital
All three victims are injured. One was transported to Bergerac hospital without knowing her state of health. Another was helicopter in serious condition to Bordeaux hospital. The third was also helicoptered with another device to the same Gironde hospital “in critical condition“explains the mayor of the town, Olivier Dupuy.
The three young women are from Bergerac, Gardonne and Saint-Pierre-d’Eyraud.
