Three people were injured in a stabbing incident in the juvenile detention center in Lelystad. The victims have been taken to hospital, the apparent perpetrator has been arrested.
The incident happened during a lesson in the kitchen of the institution on Bosvalkweg. One of the injured is a prison worker.
