The police notified Mr. A of a fine of 50,000 won by applying the law of punishment for misdemeanor crimes for neglecting animal care.
In 2017, three donkeys were caught walking around Garosu-gil near Sinsa-dong, Gangnam-gu, and handed over to the owner after 20 minutes.
