Three people arrested, two civilians killed and an arsenal secured, was the balance of a confrontation between elements of SEDENA and members of the Jalisco Nueva Generación Cartel (CJNG), registered at noon this Saturday in Rincón de Guayabitos, Nayarit.
Among the insured are 5.56 caliber FN Minimi machine guns, 85 mm caliber RPG-7 rocket launchers, as well as M67 model hand grenades.
In several videos that circulate on social networks, the strong high-power gusts that resounded in the Guayabitos area were heard and caused fear among tourists, some on the beach who ran to safe places to take cover.
After the shootings, the Army and the Navy, with the support of police from Nayarit and Jalisco, implemented a strong operation by land and air to find the individuals who attacked the SEDENA elements.
