Three companies submitted bids for the development of tender documentation along with obtaining an environmental decision for the construction of the Limanowa bypass along the national road No. 28.
The procedure was divided into two parts. Bids for the design of the Limanowa bypass were submitted by two companies from Katowice and one from Warsaw. The offer prices amounted to PLN 3 873 thousand. PLN, 4 million 182 thousand. PLN and as much as 7 million 262 thousand. PLN. The cheapest was made by the Warsaw company Multiconsult Polska.
Two offers fall within the price range. 5 million 238 thousand PLN – this is how much GDDKiA intended to spend on the documentation of the Limanowa bypass.
In the case of the Nowy Targ bypass, lower costs were assumed – over PLN 3 million. The offers for this part of the task amounted to 2 million 937 thousand. PLN, 3 million 444 thousand. PLN and 5 million 244 thousand. PLN.
As part of the investment, preliminary plans include: construction of a new section of the national road outside the compact city development, about 5.6 km long, possible construction of junctions or intersections at the junctions at the beginning and end of the bypass, construction of intersections with roads of other categories or in in justified cases, construction of road junctions, construction and reconstruction of approx. 13 engineering structures and 3 retaining walls, possible construction and reconstruction of city streets, construction of environmental protection devices and accompanying infrastructure. The beginning of the section of the planned ring road, along the DK28 route, starts on the existing national road from approx. 107 km plus 632 m, at Krakowska Street (towards Rabka). The bypass will be completed by including it into the existing DK28 (Kościuszki Street, Nowy Sącz direction), approximately 113 km plus 240 m.
