Three Causes of Premature Graying Revealed by Dermatologist Yulia Nagaitseva: Treatment and Restoration Tips

Dermatologist and hair specialist Yulia Nagaitseva revealed three causes of premature graying, which can be treated and restore the natural color of the hair.

She indicated in an interview with Sputnik Radio that gray hair is considered premature if it appears before the age of twenty-five, as in this case the hair loses its color not due to physiological changes in the body, but for other reasons.
She said: “A deficiency in iron, copper, zinc, or B group vitamins can lead to premature graying. There is also a hereditary factor, which is also taken into consideration if relatives suffer from premature graying. The stress factor can also affect it.”

According to Nagaitseva, when the first gray hairs appear, you should see a doctor. If it turns out that the problem is not hereditary, but rather due to a lack of vitamins and minerals in the diet, the condition can be treated and hair color can be restored.
She announced: “It is possible to restore the natural color to the hair when premature graying appears, but only at its beginning. Therefore, if a person notices the appearance of the first gray hairs, he must consult a doctor, to diagnose the cause and prescribe the necessary treatment, and then it may become possible to restore the natural color to a certain percentage of the hair.”

But according to her, most people ignore this condition at first and consult a doctor too late.
