The story of the three Gupta brothers could have been a TV series over several seasons. They came to South Africa from India in 1993. 20 years later, they were multi-billionaires with interests in mining, the arms trade, the media and power plants.
Two of them, Atul and Rajesh, are now imprisoned in Dubai. There they fight against being sent back to South Africa. They are accused of stealing NOK 15 billion from the South African state.
