GIANYAR, KOMPAS.com – A woman who works as a private worker in Bali 5 men with the initials MA (18) were raped.
The five men are GA (25), CA (22) PR (41) AAGD (27) and GNAC (30). They took turns raping the victim.
Kasatreskrim Gianyar Police AKP Laorens Rajamangapul Haselo said the incident occurred on Friday (30/4/2021) at 23.30 WITA.
MA is currently in a minimarket in the Ubud area, Gianyar Regency, Bali.
At that time, GA and CA, who were MA’s friends, came to the minimarket and then forced MA by riding a motorcycle to a garden in Ubud.

In the garden, PR, AD, and GN are having an alcohol party. They then forced the MA to have intercourse in turns.
“The perpetrator GA threatened the victim if he did not want to have intercourse, then the naked photo would be distributed to social media. For fear, the victim finally wanted to follow the wishes of the perpetrator, and the perpetrator along with other perpetrators intercourse with the victim in turns with other perpetrators,” said Laorens, when contacted on Monday (3/5/2021).
Not accepting this lecherous act, the Supreme Court and her parents reported the rape to the police.
On Saturday (1/5/2021), the police immediately arrested two GA and CA perpetrators at their respective homes, while the other three surrendered to the Gianyar Police.
Currently, continued Laorens, MA is traumatized by the rape case.
“The condition of the victim, starting from the examination until now, is still traumatized by the incident, so that the examination was accompanied by the victim’s parents,” he said.
The police are also still investigating the perpetrator’s threat to the victim regarding nude photos. The police have not found any photos that pose a threat from the hands of the perpetrators.

“We still understand from the perpetrator of the photo that the perpetrator referred to as a threat,” he said.
For these acts, the perpetrators were charged under Article 285 of the Criminal Code with a maximum punishment of 12 years in prison.
