There is one name that in the last two months has been heavily rumored to be moving to Stamford Bridge. He is Bayer Leverkusen playmaker Kai Havertz, whom Lampard thinks can contribute greatly to their attack line.
Sky Sports claiming that Chelsea could potentially fail to get Havertz. This is because Leverkusen are unwilling to reduce the player’s selling price this summer.
