TEMPO.CO, Jakarta – Actor Lukman Sardi expressed his disappointment with the service of officers who claimed to be representatives of PLN which made him fail to understand. He was visited by a number of officers and threatened that the electricity supply to his house would be cut off because he was late in paying.
Terima kasih buat perhatiannya," tulisnya.
In the comments column, PLN responded to Lukman Sardi’s teasing but did not explain further. “Hi Brother Lukman, Sorry for the inconvenience. Regarding the complaint, we have responded via DM, Sis,” tweeted a representative from PLN.
his best friend, Darius Sinathrya participated in responding to Lukman Sardi’s complaint. He uploaded a screenshot containing details of the amount of the fine for late payment of the PLN electricity bill. “According to the rules, it’s 30 days late, then @pln_123 has the right to temporarily cut off the electricity to the customer in question plus a fine. Pay no later than the 20th of each month,” Darius wrote on Twitter.
Darius Sinathrya’s explanation was well received by Lukman Sardi. “Thanks bro, I’ve never been that late, at least 5 days late, but never until 30 days late,” he wrote.
A number of netizens argue that the officers who came to Lukman Sardi not real PLN officers but people who deliberately want to make a profit. Lukman Sardi asked PLN to immediately investigate this incident so that it does not happen again. “It’s actually only 2 days late @pln_123, please check, I’m afraid there are people who take advantage of the existing loopholes. thank you,” he wrote.
