Memorandum for cooperation between association “Cluster Thrace Economic Zone” /KTIZ/ and Shenzhen Polytechnic University /Shenzhen Polytechnic University/ (SZPU) signed in Beijing Katya Staykova, executive director of KTIZ and Mrs. Yue Li /LI Yue/, vice president of the Chinese higher education institution.
